With over twenty-five years’ experience, Philip overseas all aspects of HGS’s development from conception to completion. His proven track record of delivering quality projects is a testament to his appreciation of world class design and architecture.
Philip brings a universal knowledge of the design process gained from his substantial experience working with a broad range of architectural practices. Philip is responsible for identifying new opportunities through to planning delivery and development exit strategy, spearheading each development and focusing on requirements to ensure a successful outcome for each project.

A seasoned entrepreneur and property investor, Paul Goodsir set up and grew his own Chartered Surveying firm Goodsir Commercial, concentrating on property transactions and managing a wide variety of developments and investments. He has enjoyed over 20 years of success developing and assembling a large mixed-use property portfolio within London and the home counties. His experience and unsurpassed industry knowledge allow him to create lucrative opportunities through property investment.
Paul holds a degree in Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University and is a member of RICS.
